The tulip is the symbol of the Netherlands and the queen of spring. There are tulips in almost every color and shape, from classic to spectacular.

Types of tulips

Some tulips are classic and strong, while double tulips resemble peonies. Fringed, flame, and parrot tulips are real eye-catchers.

Tulip mixes

A tulip mix such as Breakdance or Candy Apple Delight contains colors that complement each other beautifully. Ideal for a cheerful border or pot.

Planting tulip bulbs

Plant tulips from October to December, about 10 to 15 centimeters deep with the tip facing up, in groups for the best effect.

In a pot

Tulips look beautiful in a pot on the patio. Combine them in layers with crocuses and daffodils for months of blooms.
