The plants are in Ø9 cm nursery pots and are approximately 35 cm tall. A thornless blackberry is a wonderful plant to grow along a fence: in late summer, you can pick baskets full of shiny black blackberries without getting pricked. It is hardy, so it can remain outside all year round.

Characteristics

Botanical name: Rubus 'Thornfree'

Also known as: blackberry

Quantity: 3 plants

Pot size: Ø9 cm

Height at delivery: approx. 35 cm

Location: sun to partial shade

Hardy: yes

Watering: keep the soil moist during flowering and while the fruit is growing to get the best harvest

Suitable for: vegetable gardens, pots on balconies or patios

Care

Apply some organic fertilizer or compost in spring.
