Round-headed leek (Allium sphaerocephalon) – 100 flower bulbs (bulb size 5/6)

These 100 ornamental onion bulbs (Allium sphaerocephalon) will add purple colour to your garden or patio from June through July. Ornamental onions bear round flower heads on tall stems and are a popular source of nectar for bees and butterflies. They look beautiful in borders among perennials, in gravel gardens and in large pots; the spent flower heads remain decorative. The bulbs are size 5/6: the circumference of the bulb in centimetres. The larger the bulb, the more spectacular the flowers.
