Ornamental Leek 'Gladiator' – 5 flower bulbs (bulb size 16/18)

Ornamental onion 'Gladiator' blooms in purple from May through June. With 5 bulbs in this package, you can fill a group of approximately 60 × 60 cm. Ornamental onions bear round flower heads on tall stems and are a popular source of nectar for bees and butterflies. They fit beautifully in borders among perennials, gravel gardens, and large pots; the spent bulbs remain decorative. Bulb size 16/18 indicates how many centimeters the bulbs measure in circumference; a larger bulb contains more reserves for blooming.
