Track your order
Wondering where your plants are? Log in with the email address you ordered with and you will see the status of your order and its tracking straight away.
How to track your order
- Click View my order.
- Enter the email address you ordered with. You will receive a login code by email; no password is needed.
- Open your order. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will see the carrier and the tracking link there.
This also works if you ordered without an account: all orders placed with your email address are shown.
Tracking in your email
As soon as your order has shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation with the tracking link. One click shows you where your parcel is.
When is my order on its way?
Many plants are shipped directly from the grower with PostNL, DPD or DHL. You will usually receive your order within 2–5 working days. If you order several products, your order may arrive in more than one parcel; you then get a separate tracking link for each parcel.
Haven't received a shipping confirmation?
Please check your junk or spam folder. Not there either? Get in touch and we will look into it for you.
